As a Veteran Employment Coordinator, I worked directly with veterans making the transition to civilian careers and with the employers trying to hire them. Six months later the veteran is gone — not because they weren't skilled enough, but because nobody gave the employer the tools to actually keep them."

Through my work with Acadiana SHRM's Veterans at Work initiative, I personally trained more than 50 employers on veteran hiring best practices — building the professional relationships and employer trust that most HR consultants spend years trying to establish. That network is the foundation MissionReady HR is built on.
